Dec 13, Cesky Krumlov & Linz

Today was a FABULOUS day on our day trip to Cesky Krumlov, Chech Republic.  Amazing architecture in this Medieval town that started in the 1200s.  All cobblestone streets.  A lot of history in this town and one HUGE castle that went on and on.  Our tour guide was exceptional -- very much history and ways of living in the Chech Republic.  This was actually her home town.  It was a 1-1/2 bus ride each way from Linz, Austria.

The guided tour lasted about an hour, then we had a couple hours of free time to roam around.  First stop -- lunch at an historic, traditional Chech  restaurant.

Returning back to Linz, we got a brief tour of the city of Linz and its Christmas market.
